Attendee Rules
1. Smoking and Vaporizing:
Smoking or vaporizing is only permitted for sales and marketing purposes at demonstrating booths. Any illegal activity will result in immediate removal from the event and possible arrest.
2. Security Check:
We reserve the right to remove and/or refuse entry to any persons and/or belongings. All attendees and their belongings are subject to search at the discretion of Global Products Expo management.
3. Display and Sales:
No products can be displayed or sold outside of Global Products Expo exhibit booths. All sales and displays should be confined to designated areas.
4. Age Requirement:
By registering for the show, you confirm that you are 18 years old or older. Attendees under the age of 18 are not permitted.
5. Assumption of Risk:
Attendees expressly assume all risks associated with, resulting from, or arising in connection with any activities or circumstances at the Global Products Expo. This includes the risk of theft, loss, or damage of property, damage or injury to persons, including the possibility of death, or loss of income, whether caused by negligent, intentional, or accidental acts, acts of God, or other factors.
6. Release and IndemnificationAssumption of Risk:
Attendees agree to release Global Products Expo, New Jersey Convention and Visitors Authority, and related entities, including their officers, agents, directors, and more, from all actions, suits, liens, losses, debts, damages, claims, causes of action, personal injuries, or property damage. This also includes subrogation claims. Attendees further agree to indemnify and hold these entities harmless against all claims, demands, suits, causes of action, arbitration demands and arbitrations, liens, and mechanics liens that may result from any activities or circumstances at the Global Products Expo and/or Global Products Expo Glass Games.
