Global Products Expo Health and Safety Plan

At Global Products Expo, the health and well-being of our attendees, partners, and employees are our utmost priority. We are committed to providing a safe and effective business environment for everyone involved in our event. Here is our comprehensive health and safety plan:

Before You Arrive

  • Self-Assessment: We kindly request that all attendees conduct a self-assessment before arriving at the event. If you are experiencing any symptoms related to COVID-19 or feel unwell, we encourage you to stay home. You can refer to the CDC’s COVID-19 Self-Checker reference guide for symptom-related questions.
  • Travel Preparations: Ensure that you have checked your flight and travel arrangements to minimize any travel-related concerns.

Face Mask Guidelines:

  • Highly Recommended: While we are not requiring vaccine checks or negative COVID tests, we highly recommend that all attendees and exhibitors wear face masks throughout the event.
  • Complimentary Masks: Complimentary masks will be readily available for all attendees to enhance safety.

Upon Arrival at the Show:

  • Time Allocation: Plan your schedule accordingly and allocate extra time for arriving at the show and conducting appointments with customers.
  • Compliance: We kindly ask that you fully comply with all CDC COVID-19 health and safety measures and protocols implemented for the event.

Inside the Show:

  • Face Masks: Continue to wear your face mask while inside the venue. It is highly recommended for all attendees and exhibitors.
  • Health & Safety Measures: Please follow all recommended health and safety measures, including frequent hand washing, covering coughs and sneezes, and staying home if you are feeling unwell.
  • Enhanced Staffing: We have increased staff and security presence to provide the best customer service and information accessibility.
  • Daily Disinfecting: Rigorous daily disinfection will be conducted to sanitize all seating, restrooms, and frequently touched public areas.

Onsite Medical Assistance: If you unexpectedly feel unwell during the event, medical personnel will be available onsite to assist you.

Global Products Expo Attendance Terms & Conditions:

  • All attendees must comply with the Global Products Expo Market Week Attendance Terms & Conditions, which include privacy policies and acceptance of event rules.
  • Attendees may have their contact information shared with exhibitors and sponsors for follow-up.
  • Attendee participation is subject to acceptance by event organizers, and attendees assume all associated risks and responsibilities.
  • Full compliance with CDC and local health guidelines is required for attendance at Global Products Expo.

Additional Notes:

  • No registration fee refunds; all sales are final.
  • Government-issued photo ID is required for entry.
  • Global Products Expo is an order-writing wholesale trade show; cash/retail sales are not permitted.
  • Booths must remain open until the show’s official closing time.
  • Product removal from the show floor before closing is prohibited, except for the designated Cash & Carry section.
  • Certain restrictions apply to wheeled bags and devices on the show floor during show hours.
  • Children under the age of 18 are not allowed on the show floor during move-in and move-out, and children under 16 are not allowed during show open days.
  • Strollers are not permitted on the show floor.
  • Fees may apply for lost badges and other services.
  • No camera/video recorders are allowed.
  • Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited at the event.
