All Exhibitors must be out of the building by 6 pm on show days, midnight on setup and breakdown daysÂ

- – Shipping to our warehouse must be received 1 week before the show, pallets and boxes.
- Â
- – Cost to receive and deliver your boxes to your booth will be $10 for each box. Up to 40 lb
- Â
- – GPE charges $250 per pallet to be delivered from GPE warehouse to the show both ways
- Â
- – If an exhibitors requests to deliver their pallet to the New York Show, the cost will be $350 per pallet.
- Â
- – Exhibitors can ship their pallet directly to the show and the convention will apply there charges.
- Â
- – Exhibitors can ship their small packages to the convention center directly, they must be received 3 days before the show and you must write the show name, booth number and company name.
- Â
