This policy explains what happens to the information you give us through the forms on this website.
What we collect
Only what you type into our forms: your name, email address, phone number, company and message, plus — on the Exhibition Stand application — the stand size, corner preference, quantity, product categories, and any website, preferred stand number and budget you choose to add. We also record which language the site was in when you submitted, so we can reply in that language.
Why we collect it
To answer your enquiry, to process Exhibition Stand applications, and — if you subscribe — to send you exhibitor, speaker and Visitor Badge updates. We do not sell your information and we do not share it for advertising.
Who can see it
Submissions are stored in our own database and emailed to the Global Products Expo organising team. Delivery is handled by a third-party email provider acting on our behalf. Nobody else receives your details.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and applications are kept while we are working with you and for a reasonable period afterwards as a business record. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you ask to be removed.
Cookies and browser storage
We set no advertising or tracking cookies of our own. Your chosen language is saved in your browser's local storage so the site opens in the same language next time; clearing your browser data removes it. The interactive floor plan is embedded from a third-party provider and may set its own cookies when you use it.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete what you have given us, or to unsubscribe from updates, at any time. Email sales@globalproductsexpo.com and we will action it.
Other services we link to
The interactive floor plan is embedded on this site from a third-party provider, and Visitor Badge registration takes place on a separate third-party website. Anything you enter in either is covered by their privacy policies, not this one.
